For the treatment of bacterial infections in cattle and horses caused by the following Gram positive and Gram negative microorganisms sensitive to cefquinome: Cattle: • Acute E. coli mastitis with signs of systemic involvement • Respiratory disease caused by Pasteurella multocida and Manheimia haemolytica • Digital dermatitis, infectious bulbar necrosis and acute interdigital necrobacillosis Calves: • E. coli septicaemia Horses: • Respiratory disease caused by Streptococcus equi subsp. Zooepidemicus Foals: • Severe bacterial infections with a high risk of septicaemia in which E. coli is involved

Should not be administered to the animals hypersensitive to Cephalosporin antibiotics or other βlactam antibiotics or to any of the excipients.

For treatment, the recommended dose of Brontject Vet Injection 225 IM in calf is 1 ml/45kg, given by intramuscular injection, once daily for 3-5 days.
In cattle, the withdrawal period for Brontject Vet Injection 225 IM is meat 2 days and milk 1.5 days.
