Indications: Pink eye, corneal opacity, eye worm, eye burning & itching, other eye infections in cattle, buffalo, goats, sheep.
Silver ions interact with bacterial proteins, causing external changes in the protein and precipitation of the protein. Silver ions act on the surface of bacteria, causing changes in the cell membrane and cell wall. Silver nitrate destroys bacteria by precipitating bacterial proteins by freeing silver ions.
