For the treatment and prevention of different types of bacterial diseases of cattle, buffalo, sheep, goat, deer, rabbit and poultry. Cattle, Buffaloes, Sheep, Goat & Deer: For the treatment of actinobacillosis, bacterial enteritis, bacterial pneumonia, bovine respiratory disease complex, diphtheria, keratoconjunctivitis (pink eye), leptospirosis, metritis, anaplasmosis, foot-rot, black leg, navel ill, joint ill, heart water, dermatophilosis, enzootic abortion (bedsoniasis), wound infections, mycoplasmosis, Aid in the control or prevention of shipping fever, pneumonia, post operative and post parturient infections. Rabbit: For the prevention and treatment of conditions / diseases susceptible to Oxytetracycline including infections due to Pasteurella multocida, Bordetella brochoseptica, Escherichia coli and Salmonella spp etc. Poultry: For the prevention and treatment of conditions / diseases susceptible to Oxytetracycline including fowl cholera, fowl typhoid, complicated CRD etc.

Don’t administer those animals which are hypersensitive to Oxytetracycline. The use of Oxytetracycline should be avoided in animals with an impaired liver and / or kidney function.
Otetra Vet LA is a veterinary injection containing Oxytetracycline (200 mg/mL) from SQUARE.
For treatment, the recommended dose of Otetra Vet LA in cattle is 0.1 mL/kg, given by intramuscular injection, once daily for 1 day. Single dose treatment of 1 ml per 10 kg body weight. (or, 20 mg per kg body weight) by IM route.
