PK 5 Vet Bolus is a veterinary bolus containing Carprofen (500) from SK+F.
For treatment, the recommended dose of PK 5 Vet Bolus in dog is 2–4 mg/kg, given orally, once daily. 2-4 mg/kg body weight once daily.
For treatment, the recommended dose of PK 5 Vet Bolus in cattle is 1.4 mg/kg, given orally, once daily. 1 bolus per 350kg body weight. 1/2 bolus per 175kg body weight or 1.4 mg/kg B.W daily.
For treatment, the recommended dose of PK 5 Vet Bolus in horse is 0.7 mg/kg, given orally, once daily. 0.7 mg/kg body weight once daily.
For treatment, the recommended dose of PK 5 Vet Bolus in reptile is 1–4 mg/kg, given orally, once daily. 1-4 mg/kg body weight once daily.
In cattle, the withdrawal period for PK 5 Vet Bolus is meat 21 days and milk 0 days.
