TurbonidTM vet Powder is generally used to treat the following diseases like CCRD Infectious coryza Bronchopneumonia Pullorum disease Fowl typhoid Fowl cholera Coli septicemia TurbonidTM vet Powder is specially indicated against the above mentioned diseases while other antibiotics and chemotherapeutics do not work effectively in case of resistance problem.
TurbonidTM vet contains sulphadiazine, which is analogous of para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) and competitively inhibits formation of Dihydrofolate (folic acid) in the first step. Trimethoprim inhibits Tetrahydrofolate (folinic acid). Erythromycin displays bacteriostatic activity or inhibits growth of bacteria, especially at higher concentrations. By binding to the 50s subunit of the bacterial rRNA complex, protein synthesis and subsequent structure and function processes critical for life or replication are inhibited. TurbonidTM vet suppresses protein synthesis, impairs metabolic processes and inhibits growth & multiplication of bacteria
