Mode of Action

Erythromycin binds 50S subunit, Neomycin 30S subunit. Sulphadimidine blocks PABA conversion. Trimethoprim inhibits tetrahydrofolic acid. Bromhexine breaks down Mucopolysaccharide fiber.
