Livestock: Milk fever, ketosis, reduced milk production, rickets, osteomalacia, weak & deformed bone, supportive therapy for mastitis & other Calcium and Phosphorus deficiency related diseases. Poultry: As supportive therapy to prevent stiff & swollen joints, rickets, malformation of bones & soft beaks, to reduce the prevalence of diseases caused by mold & fungi, soft & thin eggshells.
Vitamin D: Vitamin D helps in intestinal absorption & transportation of Calcium and Phosphorus. It also helps in bone formation or mineralization and plays important role in prevention & treatment of milk fever. Propylene Glycol: Propylene Glycol ensures rapid recovery from ketosis.

Hypercalcaemia and hypervitaminosis D. Do not give alongside other vitamin D sources without recalculating the total dose.
Vita D Plus Vet is a veterinary oral solution containing Vitamin D3 and Propylene glycol (5000 IU/mL) from ACME.
For prevention, the recommended dose of Vita D Plus Vet in cattle is 100 mL/animal, given orally, once daily for 10 days. To prevent ketosis & milk fever 100 ml Vita-D Plus Vet daily for 10 days after parturition.
For treatment, the recommended dose of Vita D Plus Vet in cattle is 100–200 mL/animal, given orally, once daily for 4 days. First two days 200 ml twice daily followed by 100 ml twice daily for next 2 days.
The recommended dose of Vita D Plus Vet in poultry is 1 mL/L, given orally, once daily for 3-5 days. 1 ml/L drinking water for 3-5 days. Or, as directed by the registered Veterinarian.
