Calf: Dissolve 140–160 g per liter of lukewarm water; Lamb & Kid: Dissolve 50 g per liter of lukewarm water. Phase 1: Newborn Care 1st to 3rd Day: Provide Colostrum instead of standard milk replacer. The total requirement is 1 Liter per day, split and fed over 3 to 4 times daily. Phase 2: Growth and Peak Milk Requirement 4th to 7th Day: Mix a quantity of 160 gm of BabyLac. The total fluid need is 1.5 to 2 Liters per day, divided into 2 to 3 feedings. Introduce water and 30 gm of concentrate feed alongside. 2nd Week: Mix a quantity of 160 gm of BabyLac. The total fluid need increases to 2 Liters per day, divided into 2 to 3 feedings. Introduce water, 200 gm of concentrate feed, and hay or straw. 3rd to 4th Week: Mix a quantity of 160 gm of BabyLac. The total fluid need reaches its peak at 3 Liters per day, divided into 2 to 3 feedings. Increase the associated concentrate feed to 300 gm, and continue providing water and hay or straw. Phase 3: Gradual Weaning 5th Week: Reduce the BabyLac powder quantity to 140 gm. Maintain the fluid volume at 3 Liters per day, but reduce the frequency to 2 times daily. Provide water, hay or straw, and step up the concentrate feed to 400–700 gm. 6th Week: Keep the BabyLac quantity at 140 gm. Gradually lower the fluid requirement to 2 to 2.5 Liters per day, fed across 2 times daily. Associate this with water, hay or straw, and 1 Kg of concentrate feed. 7th Week: Keep the BabyLac quantity at 140 gm. Lower the fluid volume to 2 Liters per day, fed across 2 times daily. Provide water, hay or straw, and increase concentrate feed to 1.7 Kg. 8th Week: Keep the BabyLac quantity at 140 gm. Lower the fluid volume to 1.5 Liters per day, fed across 2 times daily. Provide water, hay or straw, and increase concentrate feed to 2 Kg. 9th to 10th Week: Keep the BabyLac quantity at 140 gm. Lower the final fluid volume to 1 Liter per day, fed across 2 times daily. Accompany this with water, hay or straw, and 2.5 Kg of concentrate feed as they transition fully to solid feed.
