Renadex® (Vet) tablets should be administered orally based on body weight as follows: for a body weight of 10 to 20 kg, administer 1/4 of a tablet; for 21 to 40 kg, administer 1/2 of a tablet; for 41 to 75 kg, administer 1 tablet; for 76 to 150 kg, administer 2 tablets; for 151 to 225 kg, administer 3 tablets; for 226 to 300 kg, administer 4 tablets; for 301 to 375 kg, administer 5 tablets; and for 376 to 450 kg, administer 6 tablets.
