Indication

A broad spectrum anthelmintic. It is indicated for the treatment and control of early immature and mature liver fluke and round worms in livestock.

Mode of Action

Triclabendazole: Triclabendazole binds to b-tublin and polymerization of tublin into microtubules. Thus, it damages the integrity and transport function of parasite cells. Levamisole: Levamisole stimulate ganglion and depolarizes worm muscle and thus it causes paralysis of the worm.
